Please read the following rules and regulations carefully. By registering as a Bangbet player and wagering, you fully accept and understand that all of the following terms and conditions apply.

Bangbet is operated by Bangbet limited, a company duly registered and incorporated in Ghana (“Us, We, Bangbet”). By signing up and accepting the Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are entering a legally binding contracting with us.

1.1 By accepting and playing any of our casino games offered, sports betting services or participating in promotional offers (“Services”), the member confirms that these terms and conditions have been read, printed, understood and agreed to.

1.2 Bangbet is restricted to individuals of legal age who are residents of jurisdictions where the use of Bangbet and its games are not prohibited by law. All Bangbet games are void where prohibited by law. Minors are strictly forbidden to play.

1.3 The Bangbet offers a real money casino and sports betting facilities; therefore, all players' winnings and losses are in real money.

1.4 Bangbet monitors all the Services offered at all times. As a result, Bangbet has the ability to track and review each hand/roll/slot pull/spin/bet for each player.

1.5 Should any Service be at any time interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game should be displayed when the player starts the game once again. If the player becomes disconnected from the Bangbet server mid-game, the player will be able to continue and complete that game exactly as if the player had never left. If the server did not receive the player's bet, the player's balance will not have been reduced and the player will see the result of the previous bet.

1.6 Bangbet makes every effort to ensure the full protection of its customers. However, certain unforeseen events are beyond the control of Bangbet. In the event of a disconnection for any reason whatsoever between the player and Bangbet, Bangbet shall not be held liable for any losses which may result therefrom. The balance of a player's account shall at all times be as recorded on the Bangbet games server.

1.7 All disputes should be forwarded to Bangbet by e-mail within one (1) hour of the disputed event.

1.8 By using the Bangbet software, players agree to be bound by the following: Players shall hold the company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of a player's;

1.9 Players shall not participate in the games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, or application, nor accept any prize if the player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall, without exception, abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such, the rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time to time. Players shall periodically review the Terms and Conditions posted at this website at a rate of at least once a month.

1.10 Members are only allowed one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. All winnings will be void for players with more than one active account.

1.11 Failure to establish individuality of an active account will result in closure of the account and forfeiture of the winning.

1.12 Should a member give away, share or lose his/her account number and/or password Bangbet will not be held liable for any claims that may result from, or regarding that account. Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information strictly confidential.

1.13 Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Bangbet will not report the wagering history of any member.

1.14 Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any winnings or prizes collected from Bangbet.

1.15 Bangbet reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notifying its players, to add new activities or games to the Services or to discontinue any Service at any time.

1.16 By accepting any winnings or prizes from Bangbet, players consent to the use of their name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

1.17 The source of funds and wealth may require at later stage as directed by Bangbet. Also, players might be required to provide proof of how they fund their e-wallet, if applicable.

1.18 Pay-outs are only allowed to accounts controlled and owned by the gaming account holder.

1.19 All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. Players must provide a copy of their proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Proof of identity must match the registered name and surname. If a player fails to provide this within 4 weeks of our request, his/her account may be subject to lock out and winnings and/or cash-ins made, voided. In cases of fraudulent documentation, the players account will be locked and all winnings and/or cash-ins will be voided.

1.20 Payments will always be sent back to the processor by which deposits were made if possible. Bangbet reserves the right to make the final decision through which withdrawal method the customers receives their withdrawals.

1.21 If a deposit has not been turned over at least once before requesting a payout, customer is not allowed to withdraw. To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, Player is not allowed to request for pay out without play through.

1.22 The maximum amount that any player is entitled to receive from any one bet placed shall be GHS 250,000.00. In this clause 1.22, the use of the phrase “one bet” shall refer to a single betting transaction regardless of the number of individual bets placed for the single transaction. For the avoidance of doubt and by way of example, where a customer placed numerous bets (a multi-bet) and confirm such bets in a single transaction, such transaction shall be deemed to be “one bet” for the purposes of this clause. Bangbet reserves the right to increase and/or decrease the aforesaid limit at its sole discretion.

1.23 The maximum withdrawal per customer per day is GHS 4,000,000. Bangbet reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks.

1.24 Bangbet reserves the right to withhold play and/or payment from any party that Bangbet deems as fraudulent. Bangbet may assess service charges to any account for services rendered to any fraudulent account.

1.25 Bangbet reserves the right to cancel a player's membership at any time without notice. Any balance in a players account will be immediately credited back to its personal account. In addition, Bangbet reserves the discretional right to void any winnings and withhold any balance in a player's account under any of the following circumstances:

1.25.1 If there is evidence to suggest that a player has more than one active account for the Services;

1.25.2 Using bank card in different name other than the account holder is forbidden. Deposits are accepted in the account holders name only. Copies of the card(s) used to deposit are required at the time of withdrawal. Authorization letter and Identification documents are required from the card owner.

1.25.3 Playing is only allowed in the players own name. Players are not allowed to play on behalf of beneficial owner. Pay-out will be suspended if verification can't be completed.

1.25.4 If the name on a player's account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases in the account;

1.25.5 If the name on a player's account does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit;

1.25.6 If a player participates in a promotion and cashes-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;

1.25.7 If a player provides incorrect or misleading registration information;

1.25.8 If a player is not of legal age;

1.25.9 If a player resides in a jurisdiction where utilisation of the Services is prohibited by law;

1.25.10 If a player has permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) anyone else to play using his/her account;

1.25.11 If a player has not utilised the Services on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, has played in a professional sense or together with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);

1.25.12 If a player has reversed or charged back any of his purchases in his/her account;

1.25.13 If a player is found cheating or if it is determined by Bangbet that he has used a system or machine, be it an additional computer, additional software or otherwise. In addition, any system used to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems and or collection of data to or from the gaming server for analysis purposes during real money play.

1.26 Members are reminded to print a copy of all transaction data, rules, payment methods and cancellation/refund methods in order to avoid misconceptions at a later time.

1.27 Bangbet reserves the right to make final decision on transaction methods. Bangbet may decide what constitutes a qualified transaction on a per transaction basis. Players agree that they may not make claim to entitlement at any time.

1.28 Bangbet reserves the right to modify any rules or cancel promotions at its discretion.

1.29 Accounts are treated as dormant after 12 months of inactivity.

1.30 Any violation of this policy could result in a suspension of playing privileges, or such other action as may be required by Bangbet to ensure compliance. Players are not permitted to use inappropriate or offensive language in connection with their user name and/or player ID which includes, but is not limited to: profane, sexist or racist language/ behaviour. Bangbet reserves the right to make changes to any users name or player ID that violates this policy, and to take any steps it deems appropriate, up to and including closing a player’s account.

2.1 One bonus amount per account, customer, household, shared computer, shared IP address.

2.2 New accounts (New player accounts) are defined as accounts that are opened by new players who have never at any stage opened an account at Bangbet before.

2.3 Bonuses pertaining to new accounts are bonuses on a player's first deposit made into his Bangbet account.

2.4 Bangbet can at any time run different promotions for new accounts. Only one new player promotion coupon can be redeemed per new player account at any one time.

Promotions are for a limited time only and Bangbet reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined, unless otherwise specified.

2.5 Bangbet reserves the right to request further documentation and/or withhold bonus amounts.

2.6 To receive bonus payments, all accounts must have a valid e-mail address and telephone number.

2.7 The minimum bonus amount for our deposit coupon codes is GHS 0.01; the maximum bonus amount is GHS 100.00, unless otherwise stated. The coupon codes are valid only for one deposit (unless otherwise stated). The coupon code must be entered before depositing and cannot be retroactively credited to any customer's account.

2.8 Wagering requirements for our deposit bonus coupons are as stated in the promotion, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each and every bonus used. This rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached a zero balance again.

2.9 Any wagers made on excluded games before the wagering requirements are completed, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.

2.10 Any no deposit bonus received, has to be redeemed within one month of its receipt.

2.11 Non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed abuse and as such will give Bangbet management the discretionary right to take the following action against such abusers:

2.11.1 All balances/withdrawals shall be considered null and void.

2.11.2 Abusing player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.

2.11.3 Players found to be abusing promotions may be precluded from receiving further promotional offers.

2.12 Bonuses are made available on a regular basis at Bangbet. These are offered as a reward to all our regular and loyal players. However, any player found to be availing of these promotions, not in the spirit in which they are given, may be subject to exclusion.

2.13 Each bonus must be completely wagered before withdrawals can be requested. Any premature withdrawal requests will be denied and the wagering requirements for the previous bonus or bonuses must be completed.

2.14 Please note that customers who have not made any deposits can only claim free bonus winnings one time.

2.15 Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.

2.16 Winnings made on linked accounts using same offers will automatically be voided and therefore will be removed from the accounts.

2.17 Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings or winnings from comp points.

2.18 A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or existing account balance. If players happen to redeem bonuses on top of an existing playable balance, any winnings will be voided and original deposit reimbursed in a player’s account. All promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by Bangbet. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.

2.19 Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by Bangbet, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings

3.1 Players fully accept and agree that the outcomes of sports betting are beyond the Bangbet control.

3.2 Bangbet reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet at its discretion.

3.3 Bets will be valid subject to these Terms if accepted by Bangbet gaming server.

3.4 Players agree that Bangbet and its records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any bets you place and the circumstances in which they were made.

3.5 Bets will be validly placed if the player’s username and password have been entered correctly, and there are sufficient funds in your account.

3.6 It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that the details of any bets placed by it are correct. Once a player’s bet has been accepted and acceptance of the bet is confirmed by Bangbet, it cannot be revoked, cancelled or changed by the betting player.

3.7 Bangbet only accepts bets placed online. Bets are not accepted in any other form, (email, telephone or fax etc.), and no requests using any of these media will be processed by Bangbet.

3.8 The minimum amount for a bet is GHS 1.00. There is no fixed maximum amount, but limits may be set by Bangbet, depending on the chosen betting market and other relevant considerations.

3.9 Bet requests will be successfully registered with Bangbet once the stake has been selected and you click on the bet confirmation button. However, Bangbet makes no guarantee that any bet within the limit or that exceeds the limit will be accepted as valid. The bet details/outcome will be available and displayed on screen in the player’s account history section.

3.10 Bets (excluding live betting, if applicable) will be accepted until the advertised start time of the event. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes an event after its actual or advertised start time, unless it is a live-betting event, the bet will be void.

3.11 Bangbet offers you the ability to bet in-play on a variety of global sporting events and while Bangbet does make every effort to ensure all live betting information is accurate, there may be instances where such information is incorrect, due to delays or otherwise. When checking live betting odds, live event start times or any other live event markets, please be aware that such information is provided as a guide only and Bangbet accept no liability for the outcome of any inaccuracies which may occur. It is the sole responsibility of the player to check such information is accurate at the time of publication.

3.12 All bets are logged and recorded in the transaction log database.

3.13 Bangbet reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted when the player’s account did not contain sufficient funds to cover the bet. If an account contains insufficient funds as a result of a deposit that has been cancelled by the payment processing party, Bangbet reserves the right to cancel any bet that may have been accepted retroactively.

3.14 Where an event is cancelled, all related bets will be automatically void and players accounts will be refunded.

3.15 If any match is abandoned due to injury, bad weather, crowd trouble etc., all bets that have already been settled (meaning all bets of which the result has become final) up until the time of abandonment will stand. For example: If a football match is abandoned in the second half, all bets involving the 1st half will stand. In addition, if there has been a goal scored, the first goal scorer market will stand, but the last and anytime bets will be void.

3.16 Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affect or is affected by the other. If such a bet is taken in error, the bet will be cancelled upon detection.

3.17 Bangbet reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if it has evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question or (ii) match-fixing has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes or pattern of bets placed with Bangbet across any or all of our betting channels.

3.18 Bangbet reserves the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet requested in accordance with the Terms & Conditions that govern your participation in our Services, at our discretion. Individual bet requests maybe reviewed and an alternative price or staked may be offered at our sole discretion. In respect of any bet, the decision of Bangbet is final.

3.19 Where Bangbet have reason to believe that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event has become known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a goal is scored or a sending off etc.) Bangbet reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.

3.20 Bangbet reserves the right to cancel any bets from players who place money on an event in which they are directly or indirectly involved, whether as participants, referee, coach or in any other capacity.

3.21 In the unlikely event of a system or manual human error resulting in a manifestly or palpably incorrect betting market being offered, or where bets are accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market or are clearly incorrect given the chance of the event happening at the time the bet was made, Bangbet reserves the right to rectify such manifest error by voiding the bets in question or by settling such bets at the correct odds.

3.22 A number of bets may be treated as being a single bet when a player places multiple bets on the same contingency. When this occurs, all bets other than the first bet struck may be voided. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may also be treated as being one. When this occurs, all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck.

3.23 The official result is final for settlement purposes except where specific rules state the contrary. For example, the podium position in Grand Prix racing, the medal ceremony in athletics and any similar official ceremony or presentation in other sports are to be treated as the official result.

3.24 Winnings will be credited to the player’s account following confirmation of the final official result.

4.1 No refund can be issued when the deposit or part of the deposit has been played.

4.2 Refunds will always be sent back to the processor by which deposits were made if possible. Bangbet reserves the right to make the final decision through which refund method the customers receive their refunds.

4.3 Bangbet reserves the right to withhold any refund until the identity of the account holder has been proven.

4.4 If Bangbet considers any risk involved in a credit card transaction for any reason refunds to the same credit card may be initiated.

5.1 We may need to change the Terms and Conditions for a number of reasons, including for commercial reasons, to comply with new laws or regulations or for customer service reasons. 6.1 The following activities are not allowed and constitute a material breach of the Terms:

6.1.1 Sharing account credentials or joint use with other players or entities and colluding with other third parties;

6.1.2 Using unfair advantage or influence (commonly known as cheating), including the exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our software, the use of automated players (sometimes known as 'bots'); or the exploitation of an 'error';

6.1.3 Undertaking fraudulent activities to your advantage, including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card, as a source of funds;

6.1.4 Taking part in any criminal activities including money laundering and any offence with criminal repercussions.

6.1.5 Transferring of funds from one player account to another.

6.2 We will take all reasonable steps to prevent such activities; detect them and the relevant players; and deal with the relevant players appropriately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you or any other player may incur as a result of collusive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity, or cheating, and we will terminate the relationship with the player, in which we have registered a dispute with.

6.3 If you suspect a person is colluding, cheating or undertaking a fraudulent activity, please report it to us by e-mailing support@bangbet.com.gh.

6.4 We reserve the right to inform relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, and you agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.

6.5 Deposits made into Your Account should be commensurate with intended game play. If there is a suspicion of abuse, (e.g. when a deposited amount is not used for an appropriate level of game play and the player requests a withdrawal in relation to that deposited amount; or where the company suspects that the Player is abusing exchange rate fluctuations), we reserve the right to cancel the respective deposit/s in part or in full, to retract any costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith and to close your Account indefinitely. 6.9 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the website or to your downloading of any material posted on such website, or on any website linked to the Website.

6.10 It is prohibited to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts from other players.

7.1 Where unexpected system flaws, faults or errors occur in the software or hardware which Bangbet use to provide the Website we will take immediate steps to remedy the problem.

7.2 Bangbet does not accept any liability for IT failures which are caused by your equipment used to access the website or faults which relate to your internet service provider.

8. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS

8.1 A number of circumstances may arise where a bet is accepted, or a payment is made, by Bangbet in Error. Reasonable efforts are undertaken to prevent errors or omissions; however, system problems or human error may lead to such circumstances. Such circumstances may include, without being limited to, the hereunder situations:

8.1.1 Acceptance of a bet at a price which is significantly different from those available in the market at the time the bet was placed;

8.1.2 Miscalculation (including due to human error) of bonuses, winnings or returns paid to you;

8.1.3 Information on odds or terms of a bet may have been entered incorrectly as a consequence of human error or computer malfunction;

8.1.4 Errors or omissions resulting from Prohibited Activities;

8.1.5 Errors or omissions which result in winnings being flagrantly incorrect or different from those on the market;

8.1.6 Continued acceptance of bets on a market or event that has already been closed or suspended (“late bets”).

8.2 We reserve the right to correct any error made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price or terms which were available or should have been available at the time that the bet was placed and the bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were usual for that bet or, in cases where the correction or resettlement of the bet is not possible, to declare such bet void and refund the stake in question back into your account.

8.3 Neither Bangbet (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers shall be liable for any loss including loss of winnings that results from any Error by us or an error by you. You will forfeit any winnings/losses that result from any such error.

8.4 Bangbet is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.

8.5 Bangbet accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the website or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

8.6 In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, Bangbet shall refund the amount wagered in the game to you by crediting it to the your account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to you in an approved manner; and if you have an accrued credit at the time the game miscarried, credit to your account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to You in an approved manner.

8.7 All reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure that wagers placed by players are recorded immediately on the database. Should, due to an interruption by a failure of the telecommunications system, a bet not be recorded on the system but is deducted from the balance, the incident will be investigated and player will be refunded the amount of the wager by placing it in the player’s account accordingly.

8.8If a game is started but miscarries because of a failure in the system, the following action shall be taken:

8.8.1 To refund the amount wagered in the game to the player by crediting it to the player’s account; or

8.8.2 If the account no longer exists, by paying it to the player in an approved manner; and

8.8.3 If the player has an accrued credit at the time the game miscarries, credit to the player’s account the monetary value of the credit; or

8.8.4 If the account no longer exists, pay it to the player in an approved manner.

8.9 Bangbet has the right to terminate games without prior notification or justification.

9.1 All website design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, the selection and arrangement thereof, software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material contained within the website and application are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by us or used under license from third party rights owners. To the extent that any material contained on the Website may be downloaded or printed then such material may be downloaded to a single personal computer only and hard copy portions may be printed solely for your own personal and non-commercial use.

9.2 Under no circumstances shall the use of the website or application grant to any user any interest in any intellectual property rights (for example copyright, know-how or trademarks) owned by us or by any third party whatsoever.

10.1 Our Privacy policy available on our website and platform sets out how we use personal information which you supply to us.

10.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that personal information relating to you is kept up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect this information to be inaccurate. We will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Terms that are caused by events outside Bangbet reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, civil commotion, interruption in public communications networks or services, industrial dispute or DDOS-attacks and similar Internet attacks having an adverse effect ("Force Majeure"). Bangbet performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Bangbet will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Bangbet will use it’s reasonable endevours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
